Terms of Service

By accessing or using BROGGUA (broggua.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. BROGGUA is operated by Bohdan Rozora, Ukraine.

BROGGUA is a free PUBG PC esports platform that provides:

• Free-to-enter FPP and TPP Squad, Duo, Solo, and Clan Wars tournaments
• Player and team statistics, rankings, and performance tracking
• Match records, replays, and highlight videos
• Community features for PUBG PC players

All tournaments are free to enter. BROGGUA does not charge entry fees for any competitive events.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use BROGGUA
• You must have a valid Steam account with PUBG PC to participate in tournaments
• You must comply with PUBG Corporation's Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

Fair Play:

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited
• Exploiting game bugs or glitches for competitive advantage is prohibited
• Match fixing or collusion is prohibited and will result in permanent bans
• Using multiple accounts (smurfing) to gain competitive advantage is prohibited

Conduct:

• Toxic behavior, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated
• Impersonating other players or organizations is prohibited
• Disputes must be submitted through official channels (Discord) within 24 hours of a match

Violations: BROGGUA reserves the right to disqualify participants, cancel results, or ban accounts for violations at our sole discretion.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• BROGGUA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

The BROGGUA name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by BROGGUA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Player statistics are sourced from the public PUBG API. PUBG is a registered trademark of PUBG Corporation; BROGGUA is not affiliated with PUBG Corporation.

User-generated content (such as team logos uploaded by users) remains the property of the respective owners. By uploading content to BROGGUA, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

When prizes are offered for tournaments, specific prize terms will be announced per-tournament. BROGGUA reserves the right to modify prize structures, substitute prizes of equal or greater value, or cancel prizes if rule violations are discovered. Prizes are void where prohibited by law.

BROGGUA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Tournament availability depends on sufficient participant registration and may be cancelled or rescheduled.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BROGGUA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost tournament opportunities, technical issues, or data loss.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
