From fourth place before the finale to the title, and 9,750 UAH for the AFU

GOLDEN LEGACY 2026 — a PUBG PC charity tournament supporting the AFU in Squad FPP mode — is in the books. 19 squads in the lobby, five maps, 364 kills, and only three different map winners: MRI9, IKLA Old Dogs, PlomBears. IKLA Old Dogs and PlomBears took two chicken dinners each.

The champion — IKLA Old Dogs (ARTIKARTIK, astaa-_-, Psych-_O, bardak_ZOO): 63 points against 55 for PlomBears. Before the final map, they sat in fourth place. Bronze went to Vihodok, who soared up from fifth place in the finale. Tournament MVP — Psych-_O.

And most importantly, the whole reason this evening happened: together we raised 20,750 UAH, and after paying out 9,750 UAH in prize money, the remaining funds go to the fundraiser for Formart — our player currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. No matter who took the chicken, this win is already locked in.

First map on Erangel — and the chicken dinner goes to an underdog. MRI9 (TroLys_YouTube, DESANT1K_XxXxXxX, kylyavlob_YT, KaBiHA_YouTube) — 8 kills and first place. The final stroke — kylyavlob_YT spraying down CnAJlaXyuKa from KONOHA UA with an AKM at 41 meters.

In my breakdown, MRI9 ranked 14th out of 18 on the index. Desk, desk, write this down: this is the first time tonight that the table didn't listen to me.

Future champions IKLA Old Dogs — 10th with 2 kills, while my favorites PlomBears sat way down in 14th. Longest shot of the map — Sniezka, Mini14, 426 meters.

Miramar — and this is where IKLA Old Dogs wake up. A 20-kill chicken dinner — the bloodiest victory of the evening, and no other team across all five maps even came close to that number. Psych-_O alone claimed 8.

The final duel of the map — IKLA Old Dogs versus MRI9, yesterday's winner against today's. bardak_ZOO takes out kylyavlob_YT with an AUG at 88 meters, leaving MRI9 in second.

After two maps, the table sees IKLA Old Dogs at 32 points, MRI9 at 29. Desk, desk: it's not the final yet, but you can already tell who came for the title.

Taego — and my favorites finally show why I backed them. PlomBears (Ex1st7, vlaadyyy, steyyy-, yurkisss) — a 9-kill chicken dinner. The map's last shot — steyyy- point-blank with a Beryl at 5 meters.

Meanwhile, IKLA Old Dogs crash down to 12th after their Miramar high. Vihodok quietly take 3rd with 10 kills — remember this team, they'll become important later.

And the longest kill of the ENTIRE tournament happened right here: Solovoin_ from Pokamolodi with a Kar98k from 534 meters out on bardak_ZOO from IKLA Old Dogs. Five hundred thirty-four meters. Holy f***ing sniper, I didn't even see where that came from.

Rondo — and PlomBears snatch a second chicken dinner in a row, 8 kills. The final duel — against Cebekysu: steyyy- takes down lonyy- with an AUG at 24 meters.

And lonyy- himself — author of the best single-game performance of the tournament: 9 kills and 1,156 damage on this map. Cebekysu racked up 16 kills combined — and launched themselves into 2nd place on the leaderboard.

The standings before the final map: PlomBears 46 · Cebekysu 43 · MRI9 42 · IKLA Old Dogs 40 · Vihodok 35. Six points separating first and fourth. Holy s***, I don't remember a final this tight.

The final Erangel — and IKLA Old Dogs, who entered it in FOURTH place, take it all. A 13-kill chicken dinner and the tournament's final duel: IKLA Old Dogs vs Vihodok. ARTIKARTIK drops did_Mykhailo with a Mini14 at 69 meters — title secured.

PlomBears, who led going into the finale — 4th place and only 9 points. Not enough: 63 to 55. Longest shot of the map — Psych-_O, Mk12, 407 meters.

And at the bottom of the podium, its own drama unfolded: Vihodok took 2nd on the last map, soaring from 5th to third. This map cost MRI9 the bronze (17th), and cost Cebekysu the podium entirely (12th, zero kills after sixteen on Rondo).

IKLA Old Dogs — champions of GOLDEN LEGACY 2026. ARTIKARTIK, astaa-_-, Psych-_O, bardak_ZOO: 10 → 1 → 12 → 8 → 1. Two chicken dinners, 42 kills — most in the lobby — and a title snatched on the very last map. 5,000 UAH prize money.

PlomBears — second place, 55 points. Ex1st7, vlaadyyy, steyyy-, yurkisss, you led before the finale and bagged back-to-back dinners on Taego and Rondo — others simply had the last word. 3,000 UAH.

Vihodok — bronze and 2,000 UAH. TRIMBL, Braazzza-, AndyIG87, did_Mykhailo — without a single chicken dinner, but a second-place finish on the final map pushed them from fifth to third, 3 points ahead of MRI9.

And thanks to all 19 squads who showed up: every entry fee of yours is part of the fundraiser.

Psych-_O took the award with a BRO MVP rating of 90.52: 13 kills and 1,766 damage over five maps. Two other players hit thirteen kills as well — astaa-_- (IKLA Old Dogs) and KaBiHA_YouTube (MRI9) — but BRO MVP calculates more than just kills, and the final tally decided it.

That's 31% of all IKLA Old Dogs kills. Second place for MVP — astaa-_- (IKLA Old Dogs) with 87.67, third — ARTIKARTIK (IKLA Old Dogs). The entire top three belongs to one squad.

He also had the best single-game performance of the evening: 8 kills on Miramar. Plus the longest shot of the finale — Mk12, 407 meters. Desk, desk: 1,000 UAH went to the right hands.

This tournament wasn't played just for chicken. Together, we raised 20,750 UAH — squad entry fees and your donations. The prize money (11,000 UAH) is paid out from this sum, and the rest, 9,750 UAH, is transferred to the fundraiser for Formart — a BROGGUA player currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The fundraising goal is 60,000 UAH.

One evening — and the season's leaderboards got reshuffled again. Desk, desk, I'm counting the arrows.

In player Rank PTS, the main story is Psych-_O: jumping straight from 3rd place to 1st, +109.6 PTS in one night, the biggest boost in the top ten. Ex1st7 climbed from 11th to 7th, while bardak_ZOO leaped into the top ten from 16th. The cost — y0ungg- and pokamolodoi_66, who didn't play tonight, dropped out.

In team rankings, IKLA Old Dogs were already first — now their lead is even wider, +161.9 PTS. The biggest jump — Vihodok: climbing from 24th place to 9th. KONOHA UA surpassed their neighbors and now sit 3rd.

In the power rating, the new player leader is ARTIKARTIK (up from 3rd). souNzzz — up from 19th to 5th, yurkisss — from 30th straight into the top ten at 9th. Among teams, Vihodok rose from 13th to 5th.

I promised to double-check my prediction. Checking.

Vihodok was predicted 3rd — finished 3rd. Absolute bullseye. PlomBears, my favorite with the highest index, was predicted 1st — finished 2nd: led before the finale and lost the last map. And KONOHA UA, whom I saw as 2nd — finished 6th. S***, missed that one.

My breakdown ranked the champion 3rd out of 18 by index — a strong roster, but not the one I put on the podium. And separately, MRI9: 14th by index — ended up 4th with a chicken dinner on map one. The index measures the season. The chicken dinner measures the night.

I picked TRIMBL for MVP — he ranked 9th by BRO MVP, but his team Vihodok hit the podium. Missed the person, got the team right.
